Attorney Ana Fidalgo became interested in the law while working for a law office during college. Ana started her career in New Bedford, Massachusetts, at a small practice handling family law and real estate matters. In 2009, Ana moved to Connecticut and worked for a large foreclosure/ bankruptcy firm. Having learned of the disadvantages in the legal system for individuals presenting claims against insurance companies, Ana developed a desire to help injured victims, especially those disadvantaged on account of their socio-economic background.
Ana is largely known for her work representing her Brazilian and Portuguese clients. She is fluent in Portuguese and obtained her law degree from the University of Massachusetts, a law school nationally recognized for its support of immigrant rights. In 2015, Ana joined her husband, Attorney Charles Thompson, to successful run their law practice largely serving the Hispanic community.
Ana was born in Figueira da Foz, Portugal. Her family migrated to the United States when she was young to New Bedford, Massachusetts, where Ana then grew up. In her spare time, Ana likes to spend time with her family exploring the New England beaches.
