Previously, Tim was a partner at a prestigious, defense firm, where he represented Connecticut doctors and healthcare providers for many years. His transition to The Flood Law Firm in 2023 marks a pivotal shift in his focus toward representing plaintiffs and personal injury cases. This transition enables Tim to leverage his comprehensive understanding of medical issues, and his exceptional ability to analyze intricate facts, allowing him to effectively advocate for his clients, and seek justice on their behalf. His dual perspective as a clinician and attorney enables him to approach cases with distinct empathy and insight.
Tim’s skills and dedication have been recognized by his peers, as he was recently selected for inclusion in the 2023 edition of the “Best Lawyers in America” for his outstanding work in the field of medical malpractice law. Additionally, he was an appointed member of the 2020 to 2023 Connecticut Bar Association presidential fellows committee.

Tim earned his BS in Health and Human Services from Charter Oak College in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004. Tim is licensed to practice in Connecticut in the United States District Court of Connecticut.
