Over the course of his distinguished career, Keith has tried more than 80 jury cases to verdict. These include some of the most serious and complex matters, such as wrongful death claims, traumatic brain injuries, paraplegia, auto accidents, premises liability cases, construction site scaffold collapses, and even veterinarian malpractice involving the death of a show horse.

Keith’s civil litigation experience is broad and deep. Beyond the cases he has tried, he has litigated virtually every type of civil claim, including product liability actions, large-scale subrogation matters involving fire losses, and even unique disputes such as actions against an auctioneer of fine art. He has also handled countless mediations and arbitrations, serving not only as an advocate for his clients but also as a neutral arbitrator and mediator himself.
