Renee Dwyer joined The Flood Law Firm in 2025 as the Director of Litigation, bringing with her more than three decades of experience as a trial attorney and law firm partner. With a strong background in personal injury and civil litigation, Renee has built a career rooted in advocacy, leadership, and a deep understanding of the legal system.
Before joining The Flood Law Firm, Renee served as a partner at another Connecticut law firm. Her extensive experience in litigation and trial strategy has earned Renee a reputation for excellence and dedication to her clients.
Renee is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1991. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Business from Providence College, earned in 1988.
Renee has been widely recognized for her accomplishments in the legal field. From 2019 through 2025, she was named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys nationwide.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Renee enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her husband and their adult children. Passionate about client service, Renee is committed to helping clients understand the complexities of the legal process and strives to make each legal experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.
