Talasi Brooks is a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at The Flood Law Firm, bringing extensive litigation experience and a broad legal background to the firm’s personal injury practice. With nearly 15 years of successful advocacy in courts across the country, Talasi is passionate about securing excellent results for injured people and their families through strategic legal advocacy.
A Connecticut native, Talasi earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013, along with a Master of Science in Environmental Studies. She served as a clerk for Justice Michael E Wheat of the Montana Supreme Court for a year, then spent nearly a decade representing public interest environmental organizations in challenges to western federal public land and wildlife management decisions. In 2024, Talasi returned to the east, first practicing with Stackpole & French of Stowe, Vermont, then serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General from 2024 to 2026.
Outside of the office, Talasi enjoys reading, knitting, gardening, bicycling and outdoor adventures with her family. A former Rotary foreign exchange student, she speaks, reads, and writes French. She is a board member of Standing Trees, a Vermont-based forest advocacy organization.
