Evan is a seasoned attorney who works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for those who have been severely injured or suffered the tragedy of losing a loved one. He leverages his experience handling complex claims on a local and national level to accomplish this.
Evan possesses nearly a decade of experience litigating medical malpractice claims in Connecticut and New York courts. Prior to joining the Flood Law Firm, Evan worked for several regional and national law firms that represented medical providers and corporate medical entities against claims of medical negligence. He has trial experience in lawsuits involving radiologists, cardiologists, emergency medicine physicians, as well as orthopedic and general surgeons.
Evan also has extensive experience with other types of complex personal injury claims on a national level. This includes product liability claims against manufacturers, retailers, and distributors, of firearms and household products; as well as claims for catastrophic injuries suffered at trampoline parks, zipline parks, and other recreational entertainment facilities.
Evan obtained his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2012, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, he was a member of Quinnipiac Law Review and the Mock Trial Society. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Union College in 2006.
Evan grew up in Wallingford, and currently resides in Fairfield with his wife and son.
