Kailey Romanos

Born and raised in the picturesque town of Clinton, Connecticut, Kailey Romanos is a dedicated and accomplished attorney specializing in personal injury law.

Kailey earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in May 2023. During her time in law school, Kailey distinguished herself as Vice President of the Tax and Business Law Society, contributing her skills and expertise to the legal community. She also served on the Honor Board, ensuring the highest standards of integrity within the legal profession. Notably, Kailey dedicated her time to the Volunteer Income Tax Clinic, providing invaluable assistance to low-income individuals in navigating the complexities of their taxes.

Prior to her legal journey, Kailey graduated magna cum laude from Southern Connecticut State University in 2020, where she earned a BA in psychology. Her academic achievements were complemented by her involvement in Greek life on campus and her role as a peer mentor for first-generation students. Kailey also contributed her research skills as a research assistant in the psychology department, working alongside Masters and PhD students.

During law school, Kailey gained practical experience as a summer associate for an insurance company in Connecticut and worked part-time at a plaintiff's firm in Bridgewater, MA. Currently admitted in Massachusetts, she is an active member of the MA Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. 

Outside the courtroom, Kailey finds joy in traveling, cherishing moments with friends and family, and making a positive impact in her community. As a Director and Board Member of the Dare Greatly Foundation, a 501(c) non-profit organization, Kailey dedicates her time to awarding scholarships to high school seniors in Connecticut, embodying her commitment to excellence both inside and outside the legal arena.
